If you're looking to book a holiday to this sun-soaked island, you have plenty of options. There are
flights to Paphos and Larnaca from most European airports. If you chose to fly to Larnaca, the airport is three miles south of Larnaca itself and 31 miles from Nicosia. Paphos is nine miles east of the city. Both airports are within easy reach of most of the major holiday resorts and it’s a quick transfer by coach or taxi. Because Cyprus is now such a well-loved holiday spot for UK tourists, routes from the UK are numerous and you can get there from anywhere in the country. You can fly to Cyprus from a number of UK airports, including London Gatwick, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds Bradford and Belfast. In terms of carriers, again you’re pretty much spoiled for choice. Those that now run regular flights to Larnaca and Paphos include Monarch, Aegean Air, British Airways and Easyjet.
